- Telemedicine consultations are subject to the professional judgment of the licensed provider. We do not guarantee approval for a medical cannabis recommendation.
- Approval depends on your medical history, current condition, and the provider’s clinical assessment.
- Our Services are not intended to replace in-person medical care, emergency services, or ongoing treatment by your primary physician.
- You agree that any information provided during consultations is truthful and complete to the best of your knowledge.
3. Eligibility and Compliance
- You represent that you are a resident of New Mexico or otherwise eligible under applicable state laws to seek medical cannabis services.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NewMexicoCannabisCard.org, its owners, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
