3. Eligibility and Compliance

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NewMexicoCannabisCard.org, its owners, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
